Having lived and travelled in other parts of the world I’ve developed a taste for ramen and also experienced some really good ramen. Edinburgh has come a long way in the last few years but isn’t there yet. However, if you crave ramen here are some things you might want to know

Not actually that great for Ramen in my opinion. Bland, thin. This is only on the list to make sure you consider other places instead.
